Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us. A referral is only needed for Medicare CDM (EPC), DVA, WorkCover WA and ICWA claims.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. Please bring shorts if you’re being seen for a knee or hip problem.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition. We’ll give you a plan at your first visit.
Can I claim on my private health insurance?
Yes. We have HICAPS on-the-spot claiming at both clinics and are registered with all major health funds.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it’s free for patients. At Fremantle there are 6 bays behind the building, off Collie Street. At Subiaco we use the Hay Street Mall car park, and we validate 2 hours at reception.
Do you treat children?
Yes, from age 12. Patients under 16 must attend with a parent.
